Important Operational Notes for Players:
Failed Deposits: If money is deducted from your account but coins are not credited within 30 minutes, please email us with your Order ID, registered mobile number, and the UPI/payment reference screenshot.
Dispute Claims: To report a player for violating the Fair Play Policy (hacking, teaming, etc.), please use the "Report Issue" button inside your match registration card within 1 hour of match completion.
